Are prices shown in Malawi Kwacha?
Yes. Public catalog prices, project totals, deposits, and balances are shown in Malawi Kwacha and frozen in the project snapshot when you order.
How much is the initial deposit?
The exact deposit appears before checkout. Most design offers use a 50 percent deposit, while focused consultations are normally paid upfront.
Can the project price change after I order?
Your accepted project snapshot does not change when Spero later updates catalog prices. New work or scope changes are quoted separately.
When do final files unlock?
Final deliverables unlock after you approve the work and the payment provider verifies the full remaining balance.
When does the turnaround period begin?
Turnaround begins only after the required payment, complete brief, required usable assets, and accepted project terms are all present.
Can I request priority delivery?
Priority and express options appear only when they are configured for the selected offer and current studio capacity allows them.
What happens if information or assets are missing?
The project remains incomplete or may be placed on hold. The expected delivery date moves until the missing input is received and confirmed usable.
How do revision rounds work?
One revision round is one consolidated set of feedback submitted through the project portal against the current presentation.
What if I use all included revisions?
Spero can add a paid revision round when appropriate. Changes of direction or new deliverables may need a separate quotation.
Can I request changes after approval?
Approval closes normal revision access. Later changes are treated as new work unless they correct a confirmed production error.
What files will I receive?
Your package or service page lists the included deliverables. The same list is preserved in your project pricing snapshot.
Can I upload confidential project assets?
Yes. Client briefs and project assets use private authenticated workflows and are not automatically published in the portfolio.
Who owns the final design?
Usage or ownership rights for the approved deliverables take effect after full verified payment and remain subject to any third-party font, stock, or software licences.
