Information collected

SperoMW may collect names, business details, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, briefs, uploaded assets, project activity, payment references, support messages, and necessary technical logs.

Purpose

Information is used to provide accounts, price and manage projects, process and verify payments, communicate status, deliver files, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve the service, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Payment data

Payment processing is handled through the configured provider. SperoMW stores transaction references, amounts, statuses, and verification responses needed for reconciliation, but does not intentionally collect full card or mobile-money credentials.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers and authorities where reasonably necessary for hosting, email, payments, security, support, legal compliance, or protection of rights. SperoMW does not sell client project data.

Security and retention

Reasonable access controls, password hashing, private storage, protected downloads, and audit records are used to reduce risk. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for projects, support, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.

Client choices

Clients may request correction of inaccurate account details or ask about deletion and retention by contacting SperoMW. Some records cannot be deleted immediately while a project, payment, dispute, security investigation, or legal duty remains active.

Updates

Material privacy changes will be published with a new policy version and effective date.
