Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you browse SperoMW, create an account, submit a project, approve a quotation, make a payment, review work, or download deliverables. Submitting an order and accepting the current policy version creates an agreement between the client and SperoMW for that project.

Accurate information

Clients must provide accurate contact, business, billing, brief, and asset information. SperoMW may pause work when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unsafe, unlawful, or reasonably suspected to infringe another person's rights.

Project scope

The frozen project summary defines the selected service or package, included deliverables, add-ons, revision allowance, turnaround option, price, deposit, and remaining balance. Work outside that recorded scope requires a separate add-on, revised quotation, or new project.

Timing and communication

Turnaround starts only after the required initial payment, complete brief, required usable assets, and accepted terms are present. Project notices, information requests, approvals, revision notes, and delivery updates may be sent through the client portal and the email address attached to the account.

Payments and delivery

Payments must be verified by the configured payment provider before they change project access. Presentation mockups are supplied for review. Final deliverables remain locked until the project is approved and the full verified balance has been received.

Acceptable conduct

The platform may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing work. SperoMW may reject or cancel prohibited work and will handle any payment consequences under the refund and cancellation policy.

Availability and changes

SperoMW may maintain, improve, or temporarily restrict the platform to protect security and reliability. Policy changes apply prospectively. Each submitted project keeps a record of the version accepted at checkout.
