Acceptable Use

Prohibited work

Do not use SperoMW to create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, defamatory, malicious, sexually exploitative, or rights-infringing content.

Platform abuse

Do not probe, attack, overload, scrape abusively, bypass access controls, upload malware, impersonate another person, misuse payment flows, or attempt to access another client's projects or files.

Misleading instructions

Clients must not ask SperoMW to falsify credentials, official documents, endorsements, evidence, results, authorship, or identity. Requests that create a material risk of deception may be rejected.

Enforcement

SperoMW may pause, reject, remove, or cancel prohibited activity and may preserve relevant records for security, dispute, and legal purposes. Payment outcomes follow the applicable payment and cancellation policies.

Reporting

Suspected misuse, unauthorised access, or harmful content should be reported through the official contact details with enough information for investigation.
