Client Asset Rights

Permission to supply assets

Clients confirm that they own or have sufficient permission to provide every logo, photograph, illustration, font, document, name, slogan, recording, dataset, and other project asset.

Accuracy and quality

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, spelling, legality, and technical quality of supplied materials. Low-resolution, incomplete, damaged, or unsuitable files may delay work or limit output quality.

Personal and sensitive data

Clients should provide only information necessary for the project and must not upload passwords, payment credentials, private keys, unlawful personal data, malware, or unrelated confidential records.

Rights concerns

SperoMW may reject, quarantine, remove, or request replacement of material that appears unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. The project may be paused until the concern is resolved.

Indemnity for supplied material

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client is responsible for claims arising from material they supplied without adequate permission or accurate instructions.

Retention

Assets are stored for project delivery and may be retained with the project record for support, security, and legal purposes. Deletion requests are handled subject to active projects and required record retention.
