Private project information

Briefs, private assets, internal notes, mockups, deliverables, and account information are used only to operate and support the project unless publication or wider use is authorised.

Access

Access is limited to authorised administrators, the relevant client account, and necessary service providers. Clients must protect their login credentials and avoid sharing private download links or files carelessly.

Portfolio publication

Portfolio media is published only through an explicit administrative workflow. Confidential source material and private client uploads are not automatically imported into the public portfolio.

Required disclosure

SperoMW may disclose information when required by law, a valid authority, security response, payment dispute, or protection of rights. Where lawful and practical, disclosure will be limited to what is necessary.

Additional agreements

Projects requiring a separate non-disclosure agreement or special handling must arrange and confirm those terms before sensitive assets are submitted or work begins.
