Review delivery

SperoMW provides one to three presentation mockups in the client portal when the project is ready for review. Mockups show the proposed final work but are not the final downloadable production package.

Final package

The final ZIP contains the deliverables recorded in the project's frozen pricing snapshot. File formats, dimensions, colour modes, and included source files follow that recorded scope.

Unlock conditions

The download route unlocks only after approval and verified full payment. SperoMW does not treat an unverified transaction message or screenshot as final payment.

Download responsibility

Clients should download, inspect, and securely back up delivered files promptly. SperoMW may retain archived copies for operational purposes but does not promise indefinite storage unless separately agreed.

Technical issues

If an unlocked file is corrupt, incomplete, or inconsistent with the approved scope, the client should report the issue with the project reference and affected filename so SperoMW can verify and replace it.

Third-party production

Printing, fabrication, hosting, publishing, platform approval, and other third-party outcomes are outside the design delivery unless explicitly included. Clients should request suitable technical specifications before placing third-party orders.
