Intellectual Property and Project Rights

Client materials

The client retains rights in materials they lawfully supply and grants SperoMW permission to use them only as needed to perform, review, deliver, and administer the project.

Final approved work

Subject to full verified payment, SperoMW grants or transfers the usage rights expressly included in the project scope for the final approved deliverables. No rights transfer before full payment.

Excluded material

Unused concepts, rejected directions, drafts, process files, internal templates, methods, tools, and pre-existing SperoMW materials remain with SperoMW unless separately licensed in writing.

Third-party assets

Fonts, stock media, software, templates, plugins, and other third-party materials remain governed by their own licences. The client is responsible for ongoing licences assigned to or required by the final work unless the project states otherwise.

Portfolio use

Public portfolio publication is a separate administrative decision and should respect agreed confidentiality. A client may raise a genuine confidentiality or rights concern for review.

Infringement concerns

The client must promptly report any claim involving supplied or delivered material. SperoMW may pause use or delivery while rights are investigated and may replace affected material where appropriate.
