Project Terms
Project readiness
A project becomes production-ready only after the required initial payment, completed brief, required usable assets, and current terms acceptance are recorded. The published turnaround does not begin before readiness.
Scope and deliverables
The pricing snapshot attached to the project is the controlling record of scope. It includes the offer, selected add-ons, priority option, total price, deposit, balance, turnaround, included revisions, and deliverables. Requests outside that snapshot are additional work.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide final, accurate content and authorised assets in usable formats. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, changed instructions, unavailable approvals, or replacement assets move the expected delivery date by at least the period of delay.
Creative process
SperoMW determines the appropriate creative process and working files needed to produce the agreed deliverables. Concepts, drafts, unused directions, internal working files, and production methods are not included unless the project snapshot explicitly says so.
Review and approval
The client reviews the supplied presentation mockups in the portal and must either approve them or submit one consolidated revision request. Approval confirms that names, spelling, contact details, colours, layout, and visible content are accepted.
Completion
A project is complete when the approved deliverables are made available according to the delivery policy. SperoMW may archive inactive projects after reasonable notice, while retaining records required for security, accounting, and legal compliance.
