Revision Policy
Included rounds
The project pricing snapshot records the number of included revision rounds. A round is one consolidated set of feedback submitted through the client portal against the current presentation.
What counts as a revision
A revision adjusts the approved direction within the agreed scope. A new concept, changed business name, replaced brief, different target audience, new deliverable, major content rewrite, or change of direction may require a paid add-on or new quotation.
Submitting feedback
Revision notes should be specific, complete, and internally approved before submission. Conflicting or fragmented feedback may be returned for clarification and does not start a revision turnaround until resolved.
Timing
Revision timing begins after SperoMW receives a usable consolidated request. Revision delivery may differ from the original project turnaround and depends on the scale of the changes and current capacity.
Exhausted revisions
When included rounds are exhausted, the normal revision form closes. Additional rounds may be offered as a paid add-on. SperoMW may reopen a round administratively when correcting a verified production error.
Approval
Approval closes normal revision access. Changes requested after approval or final delivery are treated as new work unless SperoMW confirms that they correct a production error against the approved presentation.
