Rush Delivery Terms
Availability
Priority and express options appear only when enabled for the selected offer and permitted by current studio capacity. Their absence means the faster timeframe is not available for self-service purchase.
Start point
Rush timing starts only after verified payment, a complete brief, all required usable assets, and accepted terms. Late or changed inputs pause or reset the promised window.
Client response time
The client must review information requests and mockups promptly. Waiting for client clarification, content, approval, or revision notes is excluded from the rush turnaround.
Scope changes
New deliverables, new directions, replaced content, and expanded revisions may invalidate the selected rush window. SperoMW will communicate a revised expectation before proceeding with expanded work.
Fee
The rush fee reserves capacity and is included in the frozen pricing snapshot. It is not refundable once priority work or capacity reservation has begun, except where required by law or confirmed by SperoMW.
External dependencies
Third-party printing, platform review, hosting, approvals, stock licensing, and provider outages are not included in a design-only rush promise unless explicitly recorded in scope.
